Vesalia A1200's stock is mostly NTSC QWERTY !
60 Hz is better for gaming (games are faster, no more black squares, sound synchronised), 50 Hz is better for the rest.

In France, in the old village, you might find a A1200 PAL AZERTY complete for 10/20E... But in the shop or ebay, you won't get it for less than 60/70E.
If you have some nice stuff to exchange (PET/TRS80/JagCD/CD32/SC3000...) I know collectors that could exchange to you one of theirs stocks.
