"Winning high bidder agrees to pay the actual UPS shipping, the cost of packing materials, and the eBay fees."

Uh, there's a slight problem there. Ebay policies prohibit charging back Ebay, Paypal, etc. fees to the buyer. So now everybody take a few minutes to report him to Ebay for the Listing Policy Breach, Circumvention of Ebay Fees, by Surchages. (Hint: Click on "Help" and then "Contact Us" and the above will make sense).

It's one of the things I dislike, along with those who start an auction or a buy it now for a memory chip at $0.01 with shipping and handling of $19.99 ! I report them as well when I stumble upon their link looking for what I'm after. I don't mind paying reasonable shipping and handling... gas to drive to the post office is getting expensive these days. But some people take it too far.

Edit: Appologies to the Seller for reading this and taking it personally ... That was not my intention. This is not an attack against the seller, but rather an encouragement to all Ebayers to regularily report such policy violations against ANY SELLER to Ebay. If nobody speaks up, nothing can be done about it.
