you need to install the 68040.library (the dummy library) and the 68060.library, now the workbench load the 68040.library and is launched to load the 68060.library for enable all data/cache, if you have installed the original 68040.library (found it on os 2.0/3.0/3.1) you dont have all feactures of the 68060 chip.

The mips are for 50mhz 38cpu mips and 27fpu mips.
for 66mhz is 51cpu mips and 39fpu mips this test is with sysinfo
