althought i host most of my sites:

with uk2net as they offer their websites for free (you just have to pay internic), and they do redirection with a banner. however, for cyberfingers.com because i'm sneaky and a cheapskate :-D i don't host it with them (i needed php for xoops [site currently under way]) i use
www.50free.com they offer unlimited subdomains under 50free.org, 50 megs space, sql database and php cgi etc. ftp password protect and all the trimmings, they also allow you to web-host a domain. so i direct my uk2net servers to their dns servers, and i get bannerless thingy with paid type features for free :-D
