If you plan to capture only single images it should not be a problem. If you plan to capture animations forget it. For animations you can forget the card itself in general even with an 68060 if you want to digitize anything bigger then a thumbnail in grayscale. Limitation here again is the slow ZII bus.
For videocaptureing grab a VLab-Motion or similar card.

Again, if you are happy with single images you'll be fine as the requirements are: Kick 2.x, 1 MB Chip, 2 MB Fast (processorwise even a plain 68000 will do though it is absolutely not recommendet)
Not really interesting, but it`s there.
