Well I guess you could run into real problems when some freaks decide to bid an auction into the sky only to never be heard of after that.
You have to pay the huge provision to ebay, unless you can prove the deal never took place. That's the hard part how do you prove it, when the buyer even leaves you a "fast delivery,fine thank you" feedback.
