About a month and a half ago I ordered an new US keyboard 1200 and a DCE flicker fixer from them.

So you ordered just a Keyboard (appart from the FliFi) and got an A1200 for free and you are still complaining about them and about the state the (free) A1200 was in ?

They tend to be generous (when I ordered a spare CDTV board I got 3 and was only charged for the one I ordered) so when they made a mistake with the US / UK keyboard I would play it low instead of makeing much noise.
Not really interesting, but it`s there.

No, you misunderstood.

I ordered a new A1200 with a US keyboard layout.

Ok then you have reason to complain.
But a little to their defense, according to a Newsitem on Amiga-news.de they wre basically on holiday from 14.08 - 30.08 with only a monkey on a rope operateing the shop, maybe that`s the reason for the mistake.

When it comes to packing you are right, I too have seen some "funny" things from them, but till now I never got something that got broken in shipping from them.
Not really interesting, but it`s there.
