Maybe I should start buying stuff here in germany and sell it to the US. I could make a fortune if the pricesuggestions you make here are right. If I were to sell those thing here in germany this would be the prices I would expect:

Blizzard1260: 150-170 EUR
Scandoubler:       40 EUR
IDE-Fix:        15-20 EUR
A1200:         max 45 EUR (you can get a brand new one from Vesalia starting from 90 EUR )
Not really interesting, but it`s there.

Max 45 EUR for an A1200 Kick3.1, 8Mb fast, 50Mhz FPU and 2GB Harddrive?

Who said it had an 50 MHz FPU ? Plain RAM-Expansions with RTC and FPU-option are usualle clocked at 28 MHz or the like. Usually you have a hard time finding someone even willing to take one of those buggers these days. When sold together with with an A1200 it will hardly add 5 EUR to the value of it. Ok the HD is a point though you could get the a lot cheaper from old laptops today. Maybe 60 EUR would be fair.

Vesalia is currently selling A1200 (US/UK Keyboard) with Viper 1230/40MHz for 160 EUR, or A1200 with Magic Bundle OS3.5 and 40GB HD for 156 EUR
