Filemaster 3.2 Beta 2 tested working on AmiBench.

VChess 2.0 from 1993 tested working on AmiBench. I had this game on an old install. Newer version is available from Aminet https://aminet.net/package/game/board/vchess.

Have tested the following from AmiBench:

Demoscene:

Bunny Cracktro by Void - Amiga Intro from Revision 2022 - https://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=91367 - Requester saying "Program Failed", but when you click "Continue" on the requester it works normally and runs fine!

Feedback 15 by Void - Music Disk from May 2025 - https://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=97029 - Runs fine!

Feedback 14 by Void - Classic Edition - Music Disk from GERP 2023 - https://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=93546  Runs fine!

Feedback 12 by Void - Music Disk from Revision 2022 - https://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=91366 - Runs fine!

Feedback 10 by Void - Music Disk from Revision 2021 - https://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=88575 - Runs fine!

Feedback 9 by Void - Music Disk from GERP 2020 - https://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=84833 - Runs fine!

Feedback 2 by Apathy - Music Disk from September 1996 - https://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=20565 - Runs fine!

Absolute Dølle 3 by Void - Music Disk from 2020 - https://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=87631 - Mounted ADF on AmiBench, ran the .EXE and it worked. A bit slow to register keypresses to choose songs. I will have a look to see if I can fix this for the GS. Works OK, slow to register key presses.

Absolute Dølle by Void - Music Disk from July 2009 - https://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=53491 - Runs fine!

Riverwash 2008 Invitation - August 2008 - https://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=51245 - Works fine!

Games:

ThinkAMania - RTG memory game - https://aminet.net/package/misc/kids/ThinkAMania - Works, but does not display screen requester, so you'll get a screen with interlace

The Tunnel - RTG game fro 2024 - https://aminet.net/package/game/misc/TheTunnel - Starts, but runs extremely slow making it uplayable

Edit January 11th - Added more tested productions.

@SkulleateR

I'm happy to report that Simon the Sorcerer II works on the A600GS from AmiBench. :) Installed it from CD (ISO). Selected 320 x 256 (I think) resolution and UAE sound when I started it.

This goes on my list for playing for sure, as it looks brilliant!

PS: F5 to skip the long (but funny!) intro.

RCross works! 8) A600GS gamepad works straight away in-game. The archive comes with two version; 040 and 060. Both runs fine here.

@SkulleateR

Thanks! :D

I have tested the AmiMSX 3.1 Pro emulator.

On Aminet the text says 3.2, but in the software I've got it says 3.1 Pro.

I tried running Knightmare from Konami on it and I'm pleased to say that this game played very nicely. 8) Settings (emulation speed etc.) might need tweaking for various games, but that is normal with emulators. The window of the emulator configuration screen is not always in center and needs dragging up and down. All in all, I'd say AmiMSX works fine! :)

It's great to have the possibility of playing MSX classics on AmiBench.
