Hi: I need help on what Cd-rom would be best & compatiable for my 1200. My setup is A-1200 with 3.1, Amigaos 3.9 Apollo 040 Accel w/32 Migs Ram. I also have a ATA Controller also so I could use a 3.5" IDE.

Apart from normal IDE, I have good experience with the Squirrel SCSI adapter. More info
here. It plugs into the PCMCIA slot on the 1200 and the other end goes to a CD-ROM unit. You can also add more devices by daisy-chain, like ZIP-drives for example.
