I have a card that looks exactly like this and that one is 3.3V so i needed to mod it with a voltage regulator to get it working with my mediators.
I have the old mediator pci 1200 and 4000D and they do not have 3.3V so i needed to mod my card but doesn't the 1200tx have 3.3V if you feed it with an ATX supply?
If that is correct it should just work for you.
