Since none of the cards is produced, go for the one that you'll find cheaper. Although I was looking for a PIV, I ended up buying a CV64 (not 3D) and a internal scandoubler-ff for less than 80 euros whereas at the same time PIV are trading for more than 120 euros in eBay. I doubt that you'll notice any difference between the two cards anyway...
