Is that party going to have the means to bring legal action against that? Not that I know the answer to that but it hasn't prevent other companies in having a go with copyrights before.
I think the venture is/was dead before it began. Regardless if they buy/own Amiga - I would shudder to think anyone really thinks they will amount to a hill of beans. The owner of CommodoreUSA doesn't seem to know or understand the IP or the marketplace for an Amiga product and appears to be trying to get a crash-course on the message boards and in turn, poo-poo'ing on most of it possible only end customers.
