can I power DOM HD that needs +5V to clockport power in my 1200 Rev2B MB?

Hi klx300r,

I'm pretty sure that you need to supply power to the external power inlet too. I use the 40 pin version in my A1XE and I'm intending to use a 40 pin version in my A1200 too.

I would imagine it just won't work if it doesn't get the ext. power. Please keep us posted
