I haven't been to the point of testing some disks, only trying my ROM files, renamed accordingly to the manual in _Apple.ROM.
If you are using the Apple2000e flavour, it doesn't require any external ROM images.
The earlier 1.3 looks for "_APPLE.ROM" and "_DISK.ROM" in the same directory as the executable.
_APPLE.ROM is a dump from an Apple 2+ of $D000-$FFFF, 12288 bytes in length.
_DISK.ROM is a dump of the disk controller rom ($C600-$C6FF), 256 bytes in length.
