Help compile giant list of Amiga hardware vapor

I'm not sure the Video Toaster PAL version should actually be listed here, since it wasnt delivered because of Motorolas Vapor ware, not any issues with Newtek.  In additon, it doesnt look like any of the Opalvision addons are on the list, and surely deserver to be .
