Please update to the latest update 46.1.827 in the normal way (be aware it will pause on the black screen and then do reboot due to some system maintenance in this update)

827 fixes a bug that I found as I was about to explain the below.
 then:

Either:

1. Got to the Back and Restore Section:

Choose  Restore Systemv46 Partition in the Restore To Inbuilt Defaults section.

Click on the blue "Restore To Inbuilt Defaults" button that then enables.

From the choices you are then offered choose "Replace"

Once this has completed, goto the AmiSphere panel and choose the Advance Update button

Here just choose system.lhapps

and then Install selected archives.

You should be good to go with a reset latest AmiBench with YAM et al

2: If The Restore part above didn't offer to reinstall SystemV46.tar you may have a early image without archives, in this case.

From the Main A600GS Gui start DOpus4

In DOpus4 enter LIBS: on one of the directory panels

Select LIBS:MUI drawer and then press DELETE.

Then goto the AmiSphere panel and choose the Advance Update button

Here just choose system.lhapps

and then Install selected archives.

You should be good to go with a reset latest AmiBench with YAM et al

Did you do this bit ?

That should have updated the reverted AmiBench to the latest release version.

Also check that YAM is still in Programs:Network

TheBar should have been installed with the update, not sure why reinstalling system.lhapps is not doing that. Will need to double chack on my public image to see if i get same as you.

In the mean time a new update will be coming out soon, that should resolve this. PLease don't install the latest mui version it's not 100% compatible with Zune

I've just spent a while debugging this and finally got to the bottom of it.

Although the main archive is being downloaded and unpacked the installation script inside it does  check against a checksum, to avoid unpacking any sub archives that haven't changed, this speeds up unpacking of  some of the more complex installs considerable but trips things up in this case when *want* resinstall archives that haven't been updated.

Now I worked it out I'll have it fixed for the next update.

PS It worked when I tested the process I described as started on fresh install and had never updated, so no checksum was stored to trip things up.
