With Super Skidmarks you can "Unprotect" it and delete (if you so wish), but you do not have that option for Thunder Hell.

I will never play Thunder Hell so would like to remove it from Games and Applications, but the "Unprotect" option is shaded out.  Can this be enabled in a future update so we have the option to delete it if we want?

Um, skids marks should not be deletable, that's an installation bug! Pre-installed software is double protected from deletion. If you deleted it it would likely get put back by an update anyway. Perhaps a hide from menu and show hidden option is needed.

The file sector need a through rework, but I agree with your concept.

Bear in mind though that in a A600GS GUI when you add a a game you can add all 15 disks (if it has that many) and use the diskchanger to quickly select between the selected disks.

Request:

1) a forced re-scan of monitor properties to use. the moment i change the display to something different, the settings grey out not being accessible anymore and stick to 1024x768.

Is that in the main menu or AmiBench?  Te oly button that should grye out in the ain menu is the Apply Display Mode button? Have you hot a screen shot?

2) make the left vertical menu scrollable. it is unusable the moment the display's resolution gets smaller. you can't even reach the reset option anymore. plain stupid.
This is on my todo list. It's not quite a trivial as it ought to be, to do with how focus handling is dealt with and how the sizes collapse / expand when space is not constrained.

3) scaling of the menu is bad. even at full HD the tiles of the apps do not quite fit horizontally, needing a scrollbar. this is annoying.

They fit perfectly here, but are you using a language other than english?  The width of the left panel can expand when translations using more letters per word are used, like German for instance :-) I derstand that this is not ideal.
