Partition the Drive into 2 partitions, 4GB for HD0 (or DH0) and 2GB for the second partition HD1 (or HD1)
Save changes using HDTOOLBOX, reboot using floppy disk, and boot from Floppy again.
In workbench, quick format the Drives using format. They will be shown as NDOS drives until you format them.
