Might be worth talking directly with  Elbox and Picasso96 Team.. i'm sure someone would like the challenge of creating a monitor driver database.  From my understanding Picasso96 software is not freeware, so any changes would require you to pay a fee  (anyone free to confirm?).  
Not sure what changes have been made for Picasso96 software on OS4.0.

if i remember you should be able to input the screen fequencies from your monitor manual..  thats what i did with my iiyama monitor.
