Unfortunately your report is pretty much accurate :(

why in the world do they obsess with dual core and SMP when the software for the platform is completely lacking which makes the computer not very usable in the real world. (unlike Morphos and AROS projects which focus on real world usability)

I am, however excited about LIbre Office port but imho Tiberwolf port and Odyssey port. Which through these we could use Googledocs.
