I guess the people who paid for his bounty SAM feel they got their money's worth, even though he never delivered.
I didnt donate but dont know about that statement. I think he should either produce more os4 things or maybe donate the machine to someone who will! A few skins and startup tones are not worth all the $$ for the donations.. that kind of money could have went to other useful bounties. I'm sure there is a couple of devs out there that can afford an os4 box that would like work on some software...
