Prices on PCMCIA SRAM have skyrocketed in the past few years for some reason. Look around for the brand new A604 for Chip RAM and the ACA630 accelerator. More power than you might need right now, but worth it.
PCMCIA SRAM has always been expensive due to specialized hw applications its still used for..
As far as ACA 630 they are NO LONGER being made and are near impossible to find.
