wow awesome! please let us know if PAL works.. I wish my Dell would work on vga it does support analogue video (svideo and comp) but the only mode works on vga is vga modes on amiga....

If you are on os 3.x then make sure you take the icons from Sys:Storage/Monitors and put them in Sys:Devs/Monitors to be able to use them in screenmode selection.

My Dell 22" lcd with analogue features as well (svid and comp) Flicker fixes my NTSC laced modes nicely!

Yes i'm saying that i'm using the Svideo input NOT VGA the VGA only works with amiga multiscan or vga only mode and there is lame vertical banding.. :(

but with Svideo adaptor in NTSC Laced NO flicker!

The monitor I have is a Dell 2005 FPW. (its an older one but from research when I got it I think it was the same screen as apple used at the time)

Damn i knew it! I've never seen it live because I dont have an external floppy and you need dual floppy! I have the disks and everything.. anyone want to sell an ext floppy?

Great thread. I wonder how this Dell monitor is for HDTV? This was i can replace the tv in my bedroom with this one, hooked to the Sat cable box via HDMI and watch tv on that and hook up an amiga :)

Is a "digibox" a cable tv / sat box?  If this monitor can do HD television with HDMI i'll get one!
