Help using Euro 240v PSU in USA

Hey Amigos

Here is my situation.

we just got in a custom 4000 tower with a euro 240v psu. It does not have a toggle switch for usa 110v current. The way the tower is hacked the psu is hard to replace, so I want to use it. How can I convert the power please? Any help/suggestions are appreciated.

I'm not trying to mod the psu - just trying to adapt it so i can plug it into my normal us 110v.

Once again nobody was asking about modding the PSU.. i'm looking for transformer/adaptor/converters to change the 240v to us current
