The picture is bad, but it's on there.  The normal 1 slot adapter is mounted at the circuit board level.  The extra slot is mounted on the right angle card that is sticking out of the board (it mounts to a 100 pin header) right behind the first slot.

The Trumpcard doesn't have a passthrough.

But, as mentioned the Slingshot Pro has a single Zorro II and a passthrough.  Don't get the original Slingshot as it doesn't have a passthrough.
