You used to be able to download it from Amiga (and H&P IIRC).  Most people have moved on to newer versions that come with OS3.5 and later or SFS, PFS, etc.  I'll see if I can dig up an archive for you.

(BTW, read-me say it's already TD64 patched.)

Edit:  FFS 45.9 is available in OS3.5 BB2.  Not sure if it has any other OS3.5 dependencies though.
