I don't see why not, provided your computer can do USB.  I've been eyeing the Logitech diNovo since it was $300, not they're  ~$100 (or ~$150 with the laser mouse).

BTW, two things.  $300 is just the MSRP.  And, it's wireless, rechargable, and comes with a laser mouse which drives the cost.
