Keropi used a Mini-ATX power supply in his A4000.  I'm sure he'll pop into this thread, but heres a link:

FlexATX is an entirely different beast (used in the Shuttle XPC, and other SFF systems).  You just need a Micro-ATX like here.  You can always take the new PSU out of it's case and put it in the original A4000 PSU casing.
