It shouldn't matter, but the diagram on the bottom of mine shows it plugged into the connector labeled Zip.  Make sure you set the termination correctly.

BTW, see if it comes up in HDToolbox.  Also, make sure to boot with a cartridge inside.  That might make it look less like a removable and more like a fixed disk.
