I had mailed Elaborate Bytes in the past regarding a license and they were more than happy to take my money. The software is not listed on their website, and doesn't look to be updated at all, but has changed names to IDEMax.
BTW, if you have the floppy. Isn't it listed on there? My copy from Eyetech has the code right on the floppy label.
