Can you access disks at all through the CLI?  (ie. CD DF0:, DIR, etc.)

Try DISKWIZ.  I like it much better than ADF2DISK or ADFBLITZER.

Also, what is the exact command you are trying to execute.  Perhaps there is something wrong with the syntax.
