Would VNC be good enough for you? I used to use that to use my 2nd PCs hardware to play mp3s and videos on my primary PC. You could then record the resulting sound output and do what you want with it.
I've not tried it but i found this VNC server and viewer for the Amiga.
http://dspach.free.fr/amiga/vva/It might not be the elegant solution that you were after but it does work. What exactly were you planning on doing with the redirected output?
