Q: "What is the exact name of this Commodore floppy drive ? "

A: An Amiga Sidecar. Allowed the Amiga to run IBM PC programs at full speed, the Sidecar was an 8086 computer inside this enclosure with a 5.25” disk drive.

Hope that helps.

Isn't it called the A1060? Or is my memory trying to trick me again?
