The card itself isn“t very rare, but I guess the two mounted CPUs could count as rare. According to BBOAH it seems the card is switchable between the two..

Odd.. Could have sworn Red posted and said the A3630 wasnt the A3200/A3400.. :-)

Anyway, on BBOAH you can read the following:
"The A3200/A3400 printed on the PCB actually refers to the machine the card was to be installed in. Apparently Commodore actually considered calling the 020 based A4000's the A3200 and 030 based A4000's the A3400. "
