99$ without PSU? Thats expensive...
About 8 months ago I bought one from vesalia.de ( Now out of stock ) with psu and all the rails and screws, and stuff, for 41€. Thats almost the same as 41$. I thought that was pretty ok...

Compared to 41, I´d say its pretty bad... Mine was an original AT case. But since they are out of stock almost everywhere, I guess they can charge what they want...
