I'm really confused. I'm sure if you polled the regulars at Amiga.org, the vast majority would a) know what OS 3.5 and 3.9 are and b) know where to purchase them. That place could well be Amigakit
http://www.amigakit.com amongst others. These companies which are working so hard in very difficult times to provide a first class service and reasonable prices could do without people selling blatant copies online. Would you burn multiple copies of OS X Tiger and stick them on EBay expecting to get away with it? How could you not think that they're in violation of EBay's rules?? Raise YOUR awareness, hang around here a bit and check out the Amigakit webiste.

Well, I certainly wasn't trying to "fool" anyone. I believe the auction was fairly self-explanatory.
And as Swift mentioned...they have been pulled. If eBay feels it was in violation then I'm very glad that they were, although I thought that I listed it correctly to adhere to their guidelines.
In any case, perhaps we were able to spark enough interest for a short time to help grow Amiga.org's awareness and the overall awareness of the Amiga community in general.
'Miggy on!
