If you are looking for a finished product, you could try
this out. It requires an AT power supply to work. It's also available in the A500/A600/A1200 flavor, as well.

Basically, it will be as powerful as the AT PSU that you decide to get. ;-)

No, it connects to the P8 and P9 connectors of the AT PSU, and then on the other end you have the CD32 power connector. The rest of the power connectors are then free for use for any other stuff, like hard/cd drives, etc.
