Would $1000USD-ballpark price be for an 060 based unit or for a regular A3640 based one?

A4000Ts can be made PAL or NTSC by simply changing a jumper on the motherboard (the same goes for A3000D/T and A4000D). The Back of the case will say NTSC, but that doesn't really matter. The PSU on it is a standard AT 110/220V switchable one so it can work both in Europe and N. America.
