Which one of these answers is the correct one?

Have a look at this auction and then pick the right answer:

(1) The seller honestly does not know that this is a CyberstormPPC card.

(2) The seller has a CyberstormPPC card with a defective PPC cpu and is advertising the card as a MKIII, as in case the PPC cpu is damaged, the card would work the same as if it were a MKIII.

(3) The card doesn't work at all, hence sold as-is.
