2. It has all I need. It comes with a calculator, date and time (in case I am not sure what the current date or time is), and there is also a neat little speech program included (a life saver when I get tired of speaking, or my throat hurts).
3. No need to switch to the bloated and overall much slower Workbench 2.0.
