Ok, good to know

I was worried that my daughterboard was a buggy one.
Mostly I have trouble with scsi-read error that shows up when tha A3k has been working for a while. But the trouble I have with X-surf and BigRam is that the scsi-read-errors show up faster. I have no zip-memory, only fastram through BigRam.
But my thoughts about the daughterboard is that if I have x-surf in a slot closer to my mainboard the A3k recognize the ram but if I try to save files to my ram-disk they just disappear. If I put Bigram in a slot closer to the mainboard it ram-disk works. I have tried all slots.
But if the daughterboard not is a faulty one then maybe the zorro-slots needs cleaning or there is something else that needs to be fixed.
In any case I have sold my x-surf with bigram to a friend who has an A3k in much better shape and my guess is that they will work perfect in his A3k

Best,
Bent
