I don't think it ever was offered on its own.  I own a copy of the Windows version and, from what I remember, it came it came with FinalWriter 97 when I bought it.  It was actually quite a nice program.  It has the same GUI layout as the Amiga version and most of the functionality. Of course, it had no AREXX support and I don't think it supported FinalWriter's unique textbox functionality but it actually had better font support.  Also, you could choose to save you docs as either an "Amiga" FinalWriter file or a "Windows" FinalWriter file.  I'm not sure the rational behind this as FinalWriter97 couldn't open the "Windows" FinalWriter file.

Before laptops were fast enough to run WinUAE, Windows FinalWriter was a great way to work on your Amiga docs on the go.
