Why are you not installing AOS4.1 Final edition instead of the older AOS4.1 ?
looking at my Hyperion account, I have AmigaOS4.x folder with 6 updates (maybe that is for my AmigaOneXEG4) and AmigaOS4.1 Final Edition with 2 updates (for X-5000 and A1XEG4).
depending on your gfx card you might face some problems during reinstall since at that time the radeon driver was not aware of the newer card like Southern Island and you would have to install Enhancer 2 to get the correct driver (I know it is a big mess but thats the way it is).
