if you have the original 4-players parallele adapter, you could plug it to your PC (if it still has a parallele port), plug your Amiga joystick and use ppjoy driver that you can get at

I bought the atari arcade USB adapter and it is working absolutely out of the box with my good old konix speedking and some games ready to run provided by thecompany.pl
the sad thing is that it is not working on my AmigaOne (GrimReaper)...
