something (GUI) to launch games
« on: October 08, 2003, 08:28:37 AM »
Hi all,
I owned 2 A1200s :
My daily one A1200PPC, OS3.9, BVPPC, SCSI HD
My game machine A1200-B1260-IDE HD
Besides transfering files between them, I would like to launch games without using the mouse. Ideally the game machine would boot up and show me a menu of games and I would just type 1 return to start playing SWOS for instance, 10 to go to the WB etc.
Is there something able to do that ?

@ Wishmaster : toolmanager needs the mouse and I would prefer not to.

@Jope : no offense, my reply was to Wishmaster. Will try your little dos script. Do I put it right after setpatch or just before loadWB ?

@ Jope : yes, thats why I bought a second amiga. I installed OS3.1 and a few needed programs like unzip, lha, adf, dms, dopus, fms and whdload.
