the last ever C.U.Amiga Mag on ebay be quick just 20 minutes to go

I always buy classic computer mags from eBay. I bought this one (and the CD) a year or so ago.  :-)

I remember reading a letter in it from a head honcho at "Amiga Format" who said that the financial situation there was healthy and they weren't in danger of closing. They close soon after.

Exactly when did AF close and what was the reasoning in the last magazine? Probably the same at CU's, I imagine.

I also remember subscribing to "Amazing Computing/Amiga" here in the U.S. I was happy with it and got five issues -- the last five.

The last  one talked of how 'Amiga suddenly went dark' and there was a big question mark on the cover. A major turnaround from the previous, positive issue. And I cannot find out why the magazine didn't continue (or how I could have tried to get some of my subscription money back).

Anyone know more?
