I'm using the BPPC + BVision combo, and when I for one reason have to reinstall I first install the CGX4 software from CD without choosing any graphics card driver and then install one of the latest CGX4 updates from here and choosing a BVision graphics card during installation.

When setting up the screen modes on my flatscreen monitor, I have to pick a VESA resolution when editing the resolution, in order for it to display the test screen correctly.

A tip, get the latest 680x0 libraries from the website mentioned above as well.

Maybe, but nevertheless it might be a wise choice to download them anyway, as you don't know anything of his firmware revision.

Yes, the library is in the firmware, but the OP doesn't post which version of the firmware that is installed on the card he is using, so if he hasn't flashed the card with the latest firmware, there is a chance that the firmware libraries are older than the ones found on the website.

Since the firmware libraries can be disabled through software, it is my opinion that it would be wise to download the latest libraries, when visiting the site anyway. I never said it was mandatory to download them.
