Here is the answer to two more of your questions on your website
Yes, the scandoubler is connected correctly.
The longer cable connected to the harddrive on one of the GVP controllers are just a power cable; it makes no differnce what you do, as long as you connect a plug to the harddrives power plug.
Both SCSI cards supply power from the boards power connecter, so no reason to have the longer cable attached at all (unless you want to power the drive from the PSU though)
