I have lost a package from Germany as well, but three months later, and I'm still waiting for my money back from the postal office.

I doubt it's a good solution to just give a negative feedback. If you have a tracking number for the package, or something else that shows the seller has sent the package, then the seller isn't at fault. You can't blame the seller when the postal office mess things up.
